Terms & Conditions
The
Drumming Guys
Quotations
Written quotations are valid for 120 days from the date
of issue, or the date specified on the quotation. All
prices are excluding VAT.
Payment
Functions with 10 guests and over require a 50% non-refundable
deposit on acceptance of the written quotation as confirmation
of your function. 3 working days prior - the balance of
the bill is required and has to be cleared in Drumming
Guys's account 3 working days prior to the function being
held. Please contact us should you wish to make alternative
payment arrangements. All prices quoted are excluding
VAT. All invoices are due for settlement within 7 days
of the date of the booking unless otherwise arranged.
Payment may be made by cheque, cash deposit or internet
transfer. Please ensure that internet payment, Cheque
payments and cash payments reflect on the due date. Payment
for functions cancelled as set out below. Late Payments:
All invoices are due for settlement within 7 days of the
date of the event booking unless otherwise arranged. Invoices
not settled within 7 days will be charged interest at
a rate of 1.5% on the total amount on a monthly basis.
Variations: Prices quoted are prepared on the basis of
numbers. Prices are subject to alteration depending on
the final numbers of guests. All equipment or tools hired
on the client's behalf are subject to the terms and conditions
of the owner, which you are deemed to have accepted on
acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing prior to the date
of the event. If the cancellations do not fall within
the time specified the respective cancellation fees are
applicable: Cancellation of the function - 7 days prior
to the date booked (includes weekends and public holidays)
- 50% of the quoted price. Cancellation of the function
- 48 hours prior to the date booked (includes weekends
and public holidays) - 100% of the quoted price. Cancellation
of Equipment supplies - 3 working days prior to the date
booked for the event - (includes weekends and public holidays)
- 100% of the quoted price or subject to the terms and
conditions to which you deemed to have agreed.
Instrument Orders
Musical instrument making orders require a 50% non-refundable
deposit for the order to commence. The order will commence
once the deposit is reflected in our bank account. Instrument
making orders may take 1, 2 or more weeks to complete,
depending on the order.
It is the client's responsibility to inform Drumming Guys
of any time constraints in writing, and confirm the date
of delivery upon ordering. Where time constraints are
not specified, Drumming Guys will complete the order at
a date specified by the Drumming Guys. Full payment is
required prior to delivery/collection of goods. Drumming
Guys reserves the right to change prices without notice,
as determined by market conditions, and availability of
materials.
Hiring
The client is responsible for secure storage of goods
for the entire period of hiring, from collection to return
to Drumming Guys premises. The client should have insurance
to this effect. The client is liable for losses or breakages
on their premises or the function premises of any hired
items. Any hired goods returned late will be charged at
the standard daily rate.
Number of delegates
Drumming Guys requires estimated final numbers of delegates
10 working days prior to the function and final numbers
5 working days before the event. September - December,
Peak season, final numbers are required 10 working days
prior to the event. Unless agreed otherwise in writing
the final number given prior will be the minimum number
as set out herein, numbers may be increased up to 24 hrs
before the event, this is subject to the availability
of staff and equipment. Should the number of delgates
increase it is the responsibility of the client to inform
Drumming Guys in order to ensure that sufficient resources
are available. The client will be responsible for the
cost of the increase in numbers at the rate per person
specified on all goods supplied.
Complaints
Complaints should be made promptly and received in writing
at Drumming Guys's offices, no later than 7 working days
from the date of the function concerned.

Force Majeure
Drumming Guys cannot be held liable where performance
or prompt performance by Drumming Guys contractual obligations
is prevented or affected due to strikes, lockouts, hostilities
or any circumstance outside of the company's control amounting
to force majeure.
Limitation of liability
Neither Drumming Guys, its members, officers, employees
or sub contractors shall be held liable, under any circumstances
whatsoever for loss or damage of any nature. That includes
loss of profits, loss of business or for any indirect,
special, consequential or incidental damages of any kind
whether under this agreement or otherwise. Even if Drumming
Guys has been advised of the possibility of damages, which
the client may suffer whether as a result of any breach
by Drumming Guys of any of its obligations to the client
and whether caused directly or indirectly.
Copyright
Drumming Guys reserves the copyright to all material used
on internet domains, websites, in print, digital, television,
internet, media and any other mediums of recording and
communicating information. No material may be used without
the express written permission of Drumming Guys cc, and
only under conditions as set out therein by Drumming Guys
cc.
